On February 9, the Klaff’s Kitchen Showroom in Scarsdale, NY, is hosting the UJA-Federation of New York Westchester’s Young Families Initiative’s Morning of Cooking event. Linda Lantos, chef, cooking instructor and founder of Unjukfood Inc. will be presenting, discussing how to raise “culinarily adventurous young eaters” and providing samples of recipes everyone in your family will enjoy.
If you have kids who are picky eaters, this is a perfect event for you. Lantos has seen children who eat only cereal and those who insist on spaghetti and ketchup, not being open to try new things.
The event will take place from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 9 and is $40 per person. You can register at this website or get more information from Rachel Cyrulnik at cyrulnikr@ujafedny.org or 1.914.761.5100 ext. 128.
